Are your products authentic?
Yes, absolutely! We guarantee that all our model kits and figures are 100% original and authentic. We source our items (including Bandai, Heat Boys, and PIJI Studio) directly from authorized distributors.
What is the difference between “Ready Stock” and “Pre-Order”?
"Ready Stock" items are currently sitting in our warehouse and are ready to be packed and shipped to you immediately. "Pre-Order" items are upcoming releases; buying them secures your kit before it officially launches. Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the stock arrives at our station.
What should I do if a piece is missing or broken in my new kit?
Before opening any of the clear plastic bags inside the box, please thoroughly inspect all the runners (sprues) against the manual. If you spot a factory defect or missing piece while the bags are still sealed, contact us immediately. Please note: We cannot accept returns or replace parts once the plastic bags have been opened.

How do you pack your model kits for shipping? What is your shipping policy?
As fellow collectors, we know that box condition matters! Every model kit is carefully wrapped in thick bubble wrap and placed inside a sturdy corrugated cardboard box to ensure the runners and the box art arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition.
When will my order ship?
Ready Stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once your package is handed over to the courier, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
Can I combine a “Ready Stock” item with a “Pre-Order” item in one order?
We highly recommend placing separate orders for Ready Stock and Pre-Order items. If you combine them, your Ready Stock items will be held back and will only ship once your Pre-Order item arrives in our warehouse.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online banking (FPX) and popular local e-wallets, making it easy and convenient to checkout in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
How do payments for Pre-Orders work?
Depending on the item, a pre-order may require a partial deposit or full payment upfront to secure your slot. If a deposit is paid, the remaining balance (plus shipping) will be invoiced to you when the item is preparing to arrive at our warehouse.
